After serving a major money center bank as a relationship manager to major multi-national corporate customers and having opened the bank’s regional private banking office, this Senior Consultant became head of Human Resources for a $35 billion asset-size regional bank with 10,000 employees. Following his 28 years of experience in banking and over 20 bank acquisitions as an HR executive, he was appointed head of the global HR function at one of Forbes “100 Fastest Growing Technology Companies” with revenues of $400 million and over 2,000 employees.
For the past 10 years, he has served as an independent management consultant to commercial banks. He has completed numerous engagements including development of executive compensation plans, coaching C-level executives, creation of management succession and performance management plans, and implementation of numerous risk mitigation techniques during commerical bank consolidations.
